very cool running, mark. glad you're getting some of your running joy back. on sunday i ended up having to run about a kilometer barefoot and ran lightly in pose. it felt great!

oh, i saw ken bob saxton on monday at the race. he was cruising along, warming up before the 1/2 marathon.

April Anne's got it, Mark. Your first race has to be barefoot! Think of the glory! Think of the fame! Think of the hoards of screaming women all trying to touch the barefoot Blogfather!

You could be bigger than Elvis, man. :)

And let me also point out that you should not be entirely surprised at how well this is going for both you and Aaron. You weren't two coach potatoes that just decided to start running again after 20 years of chips and beer. You guys are marathon runners who have recovered from recent injuries and are now improving your form.

I think you can expect some fantastic things this year, Mark.
