Okay, the reason Aaron and I are going to L.A. is to take part in a two-day beginner to advanced POSE clinic. To make a long story short, we’ve been in contact with Dr. Romanov’s wife Svetlana who also happens to be a doctor. She seems like a very thoughtful, genuine person. We are looking forward to meeting them.

This all happened very last minute but the bottom line is that we have been so impressed with what we know so far about the method that we decided to put our money where our mouths are, go the full nine yards and take part in a clinic.

It looks like we may be some of the first Canadians to take part in this clinic. To my knowledge, there is a POSE coach in Victoria, BC but that may be it. Perhaps we’ll become Canada’s ambassadors for the POSE method. Who knows right?

At any rate, we are very excited about the trip. It will be great to do the clinic and come back full of information to share. :)

So, no movie? I’m not sure how this is going to help us get rich, Mark. Oh sure, you get to run faster, but I’m years away from getting that big house in Beverly Hills now.

No movie, oh darn. Just when I finally figured out what firey redhead could play me – Michelle Stafford, she plays Phyllis on Young & Restless (daytime soap).

Mark, I hope you write about your experience with POSE clinic. I’m somewhat curious about this method of running.
