Given the list of physical ailments I’ve been dealing with, it’s hard to believe there is actually one part of my body that seems to be improving.

For several years, I’ve had rotator cuff problems. I got them from years of power-hitting on a volleyball team I used to play on.

Well, guess what? Each week since I introduced myself to swimming, my shoulders have gotten progressively better. I guarantee it’s from swimming because I’ve tried rehabilitating with weights but always found it too painful (maybe I just wasn’t doing it right).

Swimming seems to have just the right amount of work/resistance so yay! :D

It’s kinda nice knowing not everything is falling apart!

Swimming is excellent therapy. It helps to relieve my neck and shoulder stress from being on the computer for extended periods.
