Welcome to the home of Mark aka The Running Blogfather – a 40 year-old dad, husband and marathon runner who's beaten injury and is on the comeback trail!

no more squilching

Nope. Nadda. No squilching today…a little sploshing though. And some skating (swooshing?). Gotta love it when there’s ice on the running path.

I had a great albeit slippery run in the sun with my co-worker running buddy Nick. Nick’s been battling injuries for about the last two years so, now with my ankle thing we make a good team!

Anyway, ’twas a lovely run. Fourty minutes of perfection and we managed to figure out every single problem facing public health care in Alberta while we were at it. We are pretty clever fellas don’t ya know. ;)

Now, if only someone would listen.

Running with a good partner and solving the world’s problems. What could be better?

Oh, I can’t WAIT to hear your solutions. Is this the 3rd way? or perhaps a 4th? Next time you have this discussion can you have it next to Ralph’s treadmill?
