Two miles on the treadmill today. No time for getting outside at lunch due to blasted meetings! Funny thing though, I was actually happy (?) to be running on a treadmill! I guess it is all perspective huh?
Onto another subject, I think I’m gonna echo Chris Brogan’s request – if you haven’t ever posted a pic of yourself, now’s the time to do it!
Come on – we won’t bite!
