Not just the posting – the visiting too!

I’ve been really busy developing help documentation for our blogging software (WordPress). It is coming along but still needs work and some other stuff (e.g. an index and consistent formatting). In the process, I’ve been teaching Mid Pack Mom Kirsten and using her as a guinea pig for the help pages. Thanks for hanging in there Kirsten!

Also, I just helped Lori overhaul her blog – now called Diaper’s & Hairballs. Why don’t you stop by and let her know what you think of the changes.

I hope to blog tomorrow about some actual fitness stuff!

Keep up the good work, Mark. Looks very nice.

And by the way, if people are reading your posts via Bloglines, unless they actually open your page through there, you would never know they read your page.

Yesterday I saw a man running on a treadmill wearing FLIP FLOPS!
( Just Crazy!) I was thinking about you and your bare foot running plan. Have you had any more thoughts about it?
