I had a GREAT run today at lunch. It was slow slow slow but it was also the farthest I’ve run since December – a full 8k/5 miles.
And what a glorious day it was out there.
I feel FANTABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now if I could only duck out of work and have myself a cold bottle of beer I’d have myself a perfect day.

Most excellent. I had a wonderful run today too. Only 7 miles but the distance, pace, and weather felt perfect. Woohoo!

You could always carry your booze in a water bottle with you at work. I had a co-worker who did that – oh wait! Bad idea, she was suspended and forced into a “program”.
