		<description>No pain no gain - that&#039;s my motto.  Even though I call myself a runner, I must admit I&#039;ve always enjoyed weight training more.  I love that shaky feeling you get in your legs after a REALLY good lower body workout :smile:</description>

		<description>I have yet to do the weight training thing.  I do the pushups and crunches but that is as far as I am so far.  I&#039;d like to do more core training.  However, like anything new, we have to weave it into the &quot;schedule&quot;.</description>
