40 minutes in the gym
Yeah, it hurt and yeah I’m outta shape but it’s a new start. I’m going to be sore tomorrow!

Pain? We don’t know that word around here. OK, I’m right there with you today. First time doing weights in a while and my arms are sore. Hope your venture back into the gym can continue without interuptions again.

I have yet to do the weight training thing. I do the pushups and crunches but that is as far as I am so far. I’d like to do more core training. However, like anything new, we have to weave it into the “schedule”.

No pain no gain – that’s my motto. Even though I call myself a runner, I must admit I’ve always enjoyed weight training more. I love that shaky feeling you get in your legs after a REALLY good lower body workout

I doubt that you’re more out of shape than me and my training partner, unless your shape is round!

Pain is weakness leaving your body, Mark.
Onward!
