Hmm. A constant 8:30 pace up a 15 degree slope after ten minutes? Sounds fun. Hard, but fun. Hmm. Methinks I need to find an assistant. And, ideally, a 40 degree gym (hey, every edge counts)… Either way, that would be a nice benchmark.
