No, thank you Mark for giving of yourself! The feedback from the group during our run was AWESOME! I know that this takes time away from your family BUT I truly feel people learn more from other runners’ experiences!! It was a great talk and not TOO technical for the normal layperson to understand! Thanks again my friend!!
