I realized I’m a bit late but Happy Thanksgiving to all you American bloggers!

How long is Thanksgiving? It’s like a month or two right? ;)

How ever long it is, have a great time being grateful (a wonderful sentiment).

a better day + my 1st troll arrived

Getting back on the horse is a good thing.

Today was probably my best feeling run ankle-wise since the marathon. It felt pretty decent both during and after the run. I’m gonna try for two days in a row tomorrow. If it holds up, I’ll know it’s really on the mend.

I’m amazed how much cardio I’ve lost in the last month. The positive side is I’ve been here before and know it will come back just as quickly.

On another note, I got my first troll today. He/she left a comment about my last post not being at all funny. Funny thing is, I know it wasn’t funny. It was just silliness. Anyway, that’s the beauty of the blog isn’t it? I get to write what I want and you get to read it or not read it and comment if you want. Of course, if you are a troll, I can just delete ya right out of here which is what I did – but now I kind of wish I would have left it. Getting your first troll is something of a landmark I think?

It’s all good. I hope you had a nice visit Mr. Troll.

what the heck was that?

I was running along today and along came this, this whatcha-ma-call-it. Ouch! Man, that hurt! Who thought of those things?

The one I climbed today is called Bellamy whatca-ma-call-it and it’s strange cuz I have this not-so vague memory of running up it many times prior to my last marathon.

Guess I have some re-learning to do!
