Well, yesterday I got the “all clear” from the Doc and today I was really looking forward to my run and BAMMO! All hell broke loose at work.

Our Premier King Ralph just called a provincial election last week. Health care is always #1 on the voters minds here in Alberta. I work for Alberta Health & Wellness – a provincial ministry so guess what my life is gonna be like till November 22nd (election day)? My middle name will be “Briefing Note”.

No lunch break for Mark today. No lunch break. No run.

Drat.

Tomorrow they ain’t stopping me!

Congrats on the “all clear”, Mark. I also wanted to say that I LOVE your new layout! It really grabbed my eye this morning!

Sometimes you just need that midday break in order to be productive in the afternoon. Think they’d buy that as an excuse? Anyway, what’s your recovery schedule looking like?
