Well, yesterday I thought things were ok with my foot. Today I don’t. My arch and ankle hurt more today than they did before my run yesterday so I am for sure going to go see my doctor.

I hope it’s not major.

Good call. And the blogfather could never be lame. Oh – and don’t go to Jon’s doctor. Sprains can be very nasty if not taken care of (heck, even if they are). Got an appointment yet?
