It’s truly amazing how many people are running and blogging now. When I got started, I only found a few other “blogs.” By December 2003, I had a list of 7 blogs. Of those 7, only ONE is still in service. What really amazes me, though, is the quality of the new blogs. People are really enjoying it and that is the best part!

Hey, this is great. More bloggers there are the better the online running community becomes. It’s a wonderful thing – sharing your running experiences. Gives inspiration, training tips, and a wonderful sense of community. Hail the RBF! Cheers.

Hi Mark

Thanks for linking the blog. It seems the world and his dog are blogging. The newspapers have finally caught up with it here, which is either a sign of its popularity or a sign that it’s peaked.

Anyway. Just a wee hello to say Cool site! There will come a time in the next few months when I know I’m going to be leaning heavily on the advice that’s packed in here.
