My posts have been pretty marginal lately…sorry about that.

It’s funny how a vacation can seem busier than work days and how the change of routine can throw everything outta whack.

The running and blogging will get back to normal next week I’m sure.

This morning Tom and I went 14 miles. It was a VERY nice cool drizzly run. PERFECT conditions for running.

We had a good time and ran a good negative split on the way back.

Why is that sometimes you need a vacation–after a vacation? :) 14 miles-Wow, way to go!

And I’ll bet you have a lot of blog reading to catch up on! We miss the guidance of the Blogfather (but you certainly deserved a vacation!).

Yep, vaction is always something different, in terms of working and (unfortunately) running (at least for me) ;-) I wasn’t online for the whole vacation but hadn’t also only little time for running… Maybe I am doing something wrong here but what to do when having “a ramshackle house and a barn of children”, haha…
