We’ve talked about power words before and I’ve also talked about my childhood love of The Six Million Dollar Man (TSMDM) TV show.
I’ve decided to make the title of today’s post, which also happens to be a famous line from TSMDM, my mantra – - my training mantra.
I’m going to be “better, stronger and faster”.
