Yesterday’s speedy tempo run was fast but not as fast as I thought – it was 30:16 (not 28:16) and equal to a 7:00 minute mile!
I thought it was too good to be true!!
Still, that is faster than I’ve run 7k before so I’m still a happy camper.

That is still pretty fast! And keep in mind that you hold the pace for 7k and w/o any “race adrenaline”

7:00 is damn speedy, dude! I think my legs bones would shatter to keep that pace.
