progress
This morning I biked to work 16k, ran 6 miles at lunch and biked 16k home again. I ran four of the six miles quite slowly but did the 3rd and 5th miles as 6:55 and 6:45 minute intervals – not bad.
What was great about today was that I didn’t feel fatigued when I got home. I ran six miles including two miles of speedwork AND biked 32k and felt just fine thankyouverymuch!
The body is starting to adjust to bike commuting and THAT’S exciting!!

Sounds cool… What about swimming? Triathlon seems to be perfect for you, maybe there’s a river to cross when you commute to work
