Today, I was in the change room preparing for my lunch run when I heard music coming from an aerobics class (is “aerobics” the right term or am I stuck in the 80′s?) inside the gym I run out of.

The music was Pink Floyd’s “We Don’t Need No Education” sped up by about 10 times and put to a disco dance beat!

I think I finally understand what Pink Floyd sounds like to people who are on LSD.

Yikes, that must have been high impact aerobics. those participants were probably on crack anyway.

Whatever happened to “whatever gets you through the night, allright, allright…” At least they are active, however these people choose to do it.
