Thanks everyone for your “good lucks” and “good vibes” etc. I’m going to need them since Christopher was a very bad boy last night and woke up at 2 frickin’ a.m. and fought going to sleep all night.

argh – I love that boy but last night almost ensured he would not make it to birthday #3.

I’m bloody tired but am hydrating and eating well and am going to focus the energy (anger) I have from being sleep deprived into the race.

We’ll see…

All the best Mark! and ENJOY. Forget about the time. Sometimes clock time SHOULDN’T matter!!! Just have a FUN time and be grateful you can run.

Hope the race was enjoyable for you. This will be absolutely no comfort to you now, but someday Christopher will be 14 and sleeping like a big ol’ log till noon at every opportunity :-D

Mark, continuing on with the race is an awesome example to your little sleepless man! Hope you enjoyed yourself and were able to focus on just letting those legs run.
