running man on wheels!
I bought a bike today! Purpose: 1/2 cross-training + 1/2 commuter bike. I haven’t figured out all the logistics around making the switch to bike commuting but I’m not a complete newbie since I used to do it five years ago until my last bike was stolen.
Anyway, I’m excited and hoping if I push hard at least a couple of times a week, it will have a positive effect on my running strength.
