I’m totally letting the cat out of the bag for Pam because she is sick and her computer is broken and she’s begging me to tell the world.

Heh, heh. It wasn’t me. 
As if it wasn’t enough to torture two children with a crazed mother like Pam, now there will be a third. Don’t worry, Child Protective Services has been notified and will begin parenting lessons (yet, again) as soon as they are able. Hopefully, Noah and Brenden will help new baby, since they’ve been doing the best job they can raising Pam.
Give Pam a big congratulations and extend your sympathies to the doomed third child.
