YESTERDAY WAS ARMS. February 21 2007
My worked was arms and chest yesterday.
mother of god, my boobs are sore today. my arms are fine unless i try to touch my head. it’s not so much that it hurts as it is completely impossible.
legs were supposed to be today, but it will have to wait until tomorrow, the boys have swimming lessons tonight and i need to be home for that. to be honest i am happy to have a rest today. i was planning on running in my neighbourhood, but are supposed to have a snow storm and i believe it will be here this aft..we shall see i suppose.
huh? sorry, you lost me right after boobs…..
