Shut Up and Run.

Linda and I aligned a while ago to loose weight.

And we did well. I lost 6 or 7 lbs before xmas and i think she lost even more.

I was back to running 3 times a week.

And then Feffie came to visit and i was completely derailed and i got sick, so i completely stopped running.

Feffie and I ate our weight (combined) in Lindt chocolate (no cheap task) and generally stuffed ourselves with chocolate and sugar. And i honestly wondered why i got so sick. Duh!

Anyway, recently my dear Linda has been nagging encouraging me to get back on the wagon, and i have, sort of. I still haven’t made if for a run. I have walked a couple of time but no balls out* sweat soaked run.

Anyway, Feffie and i were discussing our moo-ness last night and she’s decided to climb aboard the diet train.

She pledges to be thin enough to fit into her fabulous yoga jacket that she got for xmas.

So Linda? Would like to nag encourage Feffie too? Let me know and I will gladly give her email address.

When you’ve been married as long as me? You have to ask? Of course I’ll nag Feffie! Jon’s probably a great nag too but until he’s running 15 miles a week he’ll be weak!

Oh - I hate running balls out this time of year. It’s so damn cold, they get blue! Much nicer in the summer.

I’m in. Go ahead and nag me too. But right now I’m doing okay. Training is good and I’m down 7 but I’ve a long way to go.
