I’m OFF! May 31 2006
well I’m off to work actually. To sell old women clothes that are too young for them.
But I get to work with my favourite co-worker, an older woman from Scotland. She SLAYS me and she often brings me turkish delight to snack on (gag). But I adore her.
We broke down and installed our window AC lastnight. I had vowed I would hold out until at least late June to put it in…but no. Yesterday was HOT and I couldn’t take it anymore so we installed it…..in…..OUR bedroom.
WHAT? That’s fair! If the boys can’t sleep then we can hide out in our room. We have a queen sized bed. HOWEVER THEY both have single beds and therefor could not house us all for a night.
It’s fair I tell you!
Noah came in while I was enjoying the cooled air.
“Noah can you feel the air?”
“Of course you can!”
“DON’T SAY OF COURSE MOMMY!”
“okie dokie”
“DON’T SAY OTIE DOTIE either mommy”
“hmm hmm hmm”
Personally I think it’s totally fair. You can always make it a game and put sleeping bags on the floor
After all then you’re giving them the coolest air in the house since heat rises 
duh, where else would it go? the living room? GASP! ours is in the bedroom, too.
I wish we had AC! But right now? It’s still cold and rainy here. Bwah!
