Running Commentary

Here I go March 31 2006

I’m going for a run.
a
R-U-N.
And it’s going to be short.
And it’s going to be slow.
And it’s going to hurt like hell tomorrow.

BUT I AM going to run.

It hit my like a brick to the head yesterday. All of this? This extra weight? This constant low mood? This lack motivation to get my ass off the couch?
All my fault.
All of it.
Too much whining.
Too much sloth-like behaviour (no offense Philip)
Too much slug like activity.

NO MORE! I say. Today I clean the livingroom and then, sporting running gear and hat I will hit the road in the rain! A chance for my new leaf (which is actually just an old reused leaf) to gather some water and dust itself off.

Also? My hair? ok ok…here comes a LITTLE whining.
I HATE the colour..hate it!
I didn’t want FROSTY…and now I think it’s frosty. I like softer more subtle highlights. I don;t think I was really clear when I told her what I was after. oy..now I’m a little stripey or zebra-ish.
It’s FROSTY!
I hate it.
