CHI running March 29 2005
So I enjoyed our instruction on CHI running VERY much. It made SO much sense. He was VERY informative and easy to follow. I like the idea of effortless running…well who wouldn’t? He runs like liquid. Almost gliding over the pavement.
I have one problem…you know that muscle they tell you to use? The lower abdominal muscle? To level your pelvis with?
Yeah, I’m pretty sure I don’t have that one.
Yeah, I don’t have one of those either. I do have a darn fine cover for it…
Ditto on that protective cover for the abs. Its keeps them from getting scratched.
‘Chi’ running? Not short for Chicago, right? Sounds suspiciously Californian, Missy. Chakra running would work, except Chaka Khan songs would get stuck in your head. Okay, I better go now.
