Shut Up and Run.

OH YEAH IT’S COLD UP NORTH January 20 2005

Filed under: General — Zoot @ 8:20 am

Hey guys - Pam sent me this entry to post for her! So even though it says I’m the author - I’m not - Its Pam - and her blog is lying to you.

****************
I am alive and it’s -37 CELCIUS up here. I’ve been running indoors on treadmill (HELL). I tip my ultra supportive non chaffing running bra (calm yourself Zeno) to all those who train on a treadmill…it’s is boring as hell, unless Ellen or Dr. Phil and talking me through it.

Noah is being spoiled ocompletely rotten…and I will be back Sunday or Monday.

I’m having blog withdrawal from not reading ANY blogs while away and I
miss everyone terribly.

kiss kiss hug hug.

Miss you too!!!!! Treadmills are boring!!! I had one once. I wound up using it for a coat rack!

Jon in Michigan Says:

Ditto on the coat rack treadmill like Laura. I think you have to get a really good one. With a beer water cup holder.

Dawn (aka Pink Lady) Says:

Yup boring *yawn*, gave mine away to a friend and I hear she gave it away as well. Actually a friend who got bored with it gave it to me as well.

Lee Says:

Wow, you must be really tiny - I didn’t know a person could fit on a hamster wheel.

Wow, that is cold. I will stop my complaining now about our 18 degree weather…well, I may still whine, but not as much.

bex Says:

Actually, that’s quite hot: 37 degrees Celsius = 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit!

Philip Says:

Hey, that’s not really that cold is it? Go outside for a run. It would be invigorating. Think of the scenery. Think of the extra calories you’d be burning…
