1.6lbs
for a total of.,………..

17.8lbs

Who knew I had that much to lose?
Not I!
And I still have some more to go!
No if you’ll excuse me I have some victory nachos to consume.

Yeah, Pam!!! You’d better be careful. If you don’t put the brakes on that weight loss, you’ll soon be so damn thin, you’ll have to run around in the shower to get wet.

You know? That’s so true. The whole part about not knowing how much you have to lose. I think that a big part of it is that there’s a tendency to compare ourselves to “average” people when we’re overweight (comparitively) - and most “average” people are actually somewhat overweight. So that’s bad (for our pasts), but its good that our eyes can be opened.
