A rough few days here.  Troy, our 9 year old, has had a recurring limp from a painful right hip and upper leg.

I got him to the doctor’s on Monday, after he nearly choked on the Terry Fox run at school on Friday — and spent a weekend in a great deal of pain.  The doctor sent us for x-rays, and I thought he’d have the results by now.  He’s actually suspecting a children’s hip disorder that is a bit too frightening for me to get into right now.

I’m trying hard to be a gal of faith, but I’m going nuts waiting for those results and a diagnosis.

C’mon, phone.  Ring already.

Hoping for the best for you and your young’n, Beverly. Keep the faith. Try to hang in there.

My money is on muscle pain and limping compensation for it by a little guy.
