cough, cough

Filed under: General — beverly at 7:46 am on Tuesday, August 8, 2006

A friend pointed out to me this morning that I cough quite a bit when I run.

I don’t have a cold, so I find this odd.

Not a hacking, yucky smoker’s cough (I do NOT smoke, by the way), but just a shallow, small but consistent cough when I really exert myself.

Hmmmmm.

Mild asthma?  Gasping for oxygen?  Hypochondria?

Could be any of those. Could also be something in the air. Not to worry, but keep an eye on it. :)

I have no idea but I bet it is annoying now that you are aware of it.

i cough too. I think it’s when I let myself get dehydrated, or just get dry mouth (is that a real thing, or did I just make it up?)

I love the cucumber water idea and I want to try it soon. I’m bad in the kitchen so I need exact directions…. :) Do I just cut up the cucumber and put the slices into a large container of water, to sit in the fridge overnight? That seems to simple.
