great progress this summer, chocolate man. I'm impressed, and I have to say, just a wee bit jealous since I'm stagnant and squishy this summer. sounds like you're doing a great job keeping up the mileage and getting good training in all around.

and why you hating on the bullet? I have been known to do not only bullets, but two-word bullets. harder than you think.

Those were some of the finest bullets I have seen in weeks, you self-important chocolate man :)
Sweet potatos are GOOD for you. Don't dis the sweeties.
Scattered thunderstorms over Labor Day are a blessing. The best scenario is the race starts dry and THEN it starts raining. Ahhhhhh.
