Your time sounds good to me. I've never come close to that.

Just de-carb your diet a little bit (use pita bread instead of regular bread, eat 1 bowl of cereal, not 2 or cut how much is in the 1 bowl in half and lay off the starch with dinner).  You'll lose weight and keep up your strength.  Promise.</description>
