Short run
I did 3.25 last night at the park where Sunday’s race will be. I was pretty tired from Sunday’s 8 miles, but nothing broken. My calves are a little sore but I think that’s ok or now. I will take my rest day today and go to the gym instead for a little fat burning. Believe me, I need it. Uh, the fat burning. Well, rest also.

here we go again…training that is…I’m building up the miles too and keep thinking..wait? I do this for fun?
