I ran the hilly 3.25 at the park tonight, which will be the last hill run before New Haven.  I have one more run this week.  I think its only 2 miles.  Actually, I need a 2 miler tomorrow and Friday, but I’m going to dinner at my sister’s house Friday so no run that [...]
