Babsie said it all.

I wouldn't stress over it but if I had a choice between brand new shoes and the old ones, I would probably go with the old ones and endure the pains associated with worn out shoes vs. the rubbing and new sensations of a new pair of shoes that aren't broken in.
Good luck. Don't forget the body glide. Don't forget some nip tape too, just in case.

Hey, what's another 26 miles on a pair of shoes? (But it's that 0.2 that'll get ya!)

Have a great race, Jon!

You're going to have a great race, Jon.

Pretty good miles on those shoes. I'm honestly not sure how many miles are on my h-streets but it's a lot. I'm guessing well over a 1000.

I'm sure there are people reading this post and my comment thinking, "They're crazy!"

There is a method to the madness. :)
