I have another saying of Chris’s that I keep on my computer:

Funny thing about seeing sayings from Chris Brogan is that a friend of mine sent me a link to something he had posted a while back and he told me he thought this guy was awesome. I had to tell my friend that I already knew that cause I’d been reading his stuff for a while. Hey, maybe Chris should write a book?

Not much for rule breaking except of course that speeding one I always get caught breaking and now I am too old to get off. I need to make a new rule, that almost 40 is still young!

I love the runners. I truly do. Thanks for sticking with a fat guy who now only runs taxi meters. But in spirit, I do a 5 mile every other day. In spirit. :)
