Very fast
I gotta get out of here this AM for some volunteer work. So. Quickly:
- running this week was almost nil because of very late work hours
- I got my 6 in this AM and apparently the entire world likes morning runs
- I found a running store just 3 miles from my office. Duh.
- They didn’t have the shoes I wanted and looked very disturbed at the idea of running without big thick healed shoes
- But they were very polite about it
- Um. That’s it.
