Can anyone at Tapermadness hear me? HELP!
Argh. I was changing the information in my profile at Tapermadness and this message comes up that says “we changed your info but your account has been inactivated. you will receive an email with instructions.” Or something like that. Well, no email. Heck, I was trying to change my email when it happened. I don’t even know which email its going to!
I can’t login to ask for help, and there’s no way to contact anyone without their email. I tried creating another account so that I can post and ask for help but I have to wait for an administrator to approve it (another email). Argh.
If ANYONE from Tapermadness is within the sound of my voice, PLEASE help me reactivate my account. Please. Begging.
