Four easy ones out on the path this morning. My son went with me again and I decided we are going institute a new running/bike rule. 20 foot clearance.
He was riding in front of me on the grass in a gear that was far too hard for him to pedal, and then suddenly [...]

I delayed getting out for my run last night and didn’t hit the path until about 8pm. The sun was heading down. Normally this isn’t an issue. I’ve come back in the dark before. I had my flashlight.
But tonight I was about a 1/2 a mile out and I could see [...]

This was a two post-only blog, but the two posts together were just hilarious. All I could think was “I’ve got some good news, and I’ve got some bad news.”
