Fuji was a great brand for a long, long while, and has kept a presence in the marketplace without the huge hype budgets as some of the american firms. You'll like it. Being that it's steel, it'll ride like a dream. Replacing the tires was a good start. Don't forget to replace the brake pads, too. That and chain lube and you're in business.
