It's on 9th street between 1st Ave. and Ave. A. The best way to get there is to take the L from 14 street/Union Square to 1st Ave and then walk down to 9th. Are you in the city? But your first problem is being so damn cheap! You get what you pay for. Go to a real salon and get a real hair cut. Oh, and all that scrubbing is a scalp massage.
