Very fast!
I ran Saturday and yesterday, 5 and 7. My right calf is very sore. Ow. Rest day today.
Have a good day. Have some chocolate.

Here in SNOWY montana, where i was doing more ice skating than running :) this a.m. It’s only October??? And the flurries have again started. Will do the second leg of my “biathlon” later and ride my horse.
Hot chocolate ’s a definite today… not to mention a nibble of some of my fav Lindt chocolate
Way 2 go on the running . Do some achilles stretches for your calf.
