Keep up the quad exercises. Over time you'll notice the pain lessen in severity. It just takes time. I'm still in the phase where I have excellent days for the most part, but once in a while the knee will stiffen and remind me who's boss. ;)

Thanks for posting on my blog.
Kosher chocolate is probably pretty much the same as non-kosher, just no lard or anything like that (obviously). But the pots need to be kosher and stuff. Maybe next run that you, Danny and I do together we can get together and make some chocolate afterwards - if we can figure out the logistics.

Those truffles from New Haven looked heavenly.

Great run Jon. I think I did a similar run to you, yesterday. I am in Israel visiting my parents for the week - posted my run around onoe of the local parks in Jerusalem on my blog. The trail was horrible all broken and cratery - think I hurt my arch a little, gonna take a couple of days off to recover.

Jon - when are you going to make some kosher chocolate for Danny and me?
