The weather was GORGEOUS here today. I think we reached 27 or 28C! I spent most of the day outside with the boys. They loved it.
Noah and I took Boomer for a walk. We have a lake very close to our street, so the idea was to stroll over there, throw some stones, let Boomey have a drink and then stroll home.
Well the stroll went well, but as we crossed the street to the late this lady came over and told us that there was a HUGE bear living there and that it drinks from that part of the lake many times a day before mosieing (sp) on down the trail.
!!
We had a quick look at the lake, but I was constantly looking over my shoulder. I am pretty sure our noise would’ve kept him away but I really wasn’t up for testing it. We let boomey have a quick dip then we made a hasty retreat back up the road.
We settled for the park which is surrounded by bushes…that Brendan had been playing in with his friends all day.

IT seems alittle odd that the bears live so close to the people in that town
