Time’s up!

Tomorrow is the big day! I get to head out the door to Canada, spend a night in the hotel and then off to the races in the morning.

My shin feels good today. I skipped the last little 2 miler on Thursday. I decided one more rest day was better for me than the two miles. I could use the rest.

I’m hoping I get a chance to meet some of the other RBF folks heading up that way. I’m bringing chocolate, and you’ll be amazed to know I didn’t taste ANY of it. I am stone. :)

And the weather? Here it is. Snow. Snow in the morning. It was going to be low 40’s, but now there’s snow. The 40’s are on Monday. I was going to risk shorts, and now I don’t know what I’ll wear. Lycra? I’m not a lycra guy. Not in a race. Unless I have big running jacket on. Then it looks like a tunic. I can do a tunic, not lycra.

As you can guess, I have not started packing yet.
