From the mouths of babes

Sunday, I was in the mall with my son buying a box of Godiva chocolates for our aunt who turns 100 this week (she’s a chocolate lunatic, no blood relation). Naturally we had to buy some truffles for me and my son too. He got one, I got three.
“Why do you get three?”
“I’m three times your size.”
“I thought you were trying to lose weight?”
“I am. Tomorrow. Tomorrow I’m going to lose weight.”
“I thought today was crosstraining?”
“It is.”
“I don’t see that happening.”
Smartass.
And then you ate his truffle right?
Too funny!
Ahhhh…a trainer in the making! Love it!
whaa! doesn’t he know that eating truffles is considered crosstraining?
I think it’s great that there’s a chocolate lunatic who is turning 100! That gives the rest of us hope.
Yeah, I’d totally be snatching that truffle back!
I think taking kiddos shopping counts as crosstraining. At least taking my youngest does.
You should have said..u need them to eat it while you cross train :)
hahhaha….
booyah!!! i think everyone needs a watchdog. that would be awesome if i had a live-in trainer or someone else to get on my case. i would want to kill them on a daily basis of course, but not once i achieved my goal :)
I started to lose weight tonight after having two helpings of ice cream with hot fudge! No really, I am starting right now!
need the energy??
Your son is right though ;-)
That’s hilarious. You grounded him, right?
tehehehhhheeeeeee…teeheeehhhheeee…sorry can’t stop laughing.
Ah, the joys of raising children. Always withthe smartass remarks.
hee hee . . . i like you son!
damn kids.
pass the truffles.
So is it the dark chocolate or milk chocolate that helps you live to 100.
Why didn’t you MAKE her the chocolates?
mmmmmmm Godiva chocolates…mmmmmmmmm*drools*
Too Funny! :)
