Just quickly
I ran sunday instead of Saturday because I was meeting with friends from out of town.
12 miles in the woods on Sunday. Ow. My legs are killing me from running in the snow. My right calf is really sore. I hope its not too bad for my 3 tonight.
Very busy lately. I hope you all are doing well.
Just crazy. Chocolate Friday is a maybe right now.
See ya soon!

Sorry to hear your legs are hurting. Let us know how you make out tonight. Do you get a lot of chocolate for Valentine’s day?

And here I was expecting a rundown on various types of candy from the hearts…
Sigh, guess I’ll just have to stop by the grocery store and browse the leftovers myself…

Sorry about your leg pain!! But I was so counting on a special v-day chocolate rundown. :( Your fans are insatiable, you know. On so many levels.

I was expecting a Valentine’s Day Chocolate Special, too. Take it easy on those legs. Running in the snow is a lot harder than on clean ground.

My son and I went running in the snowy woods yesterday and my calves are sore, I think from all the slipping. I also killed my shin on a freakin stone wall. The one good thing about getting hurt in the woods is you can cry and yelp and no one hears you.

Big Jon!!!! Hey, when you mentioned you ran 12 miles in the woods, your nickname suddenly changed to “The Fugitive” in my mind. All of Detroit PD searching every “hen house, dog house, and outhouse…….” for the Chocolate man!

Take care of yourself Jon. When things get crazy at work, I often do a list of what I would like my life to be, and what brings me joy. Seeing my dreams and essence of life on paper makes me instantly feel better :)

That sounds like so much fun though! I haven’t run outside in so long. Leaving work early tonight though… weather is pushing 65!

It finally happened. In my neighborhood there are lots of dogs, but they’ve always been in gated yards so the barking is just a nuissance. Well this week there was a dog out in front of someone’s house - no one around - and of course it decided to run after me. Nothing happened, it was most likely just playing, but it made me realize how unprepared I am for that sort of thing. I remembered you having experienced this so I searched back in yoru blog to find your link to the dog dazer and ordered one. I’ll feel better having it with me.
It’s funny how a vendor’s description or even a write up in a magazine wouldn;t necessarily convince me that it was any good - but in a blog by a fellow runner I feel much more certain that it’s a good product.
thanks for the website and the information :-)
