Dizzy

I feel dizzy today. When I walk down the hall, it feels all swimmy. And my eyes hurt like someone punched me in them.

I ran this week. On the dreadmill. Not much else to say about that.

And I’m hungry. What else is new?

dizzy and swimmy? that sounds woozy to me. I recommend some bed rest and chicken soup.

What a sad entry :( My opinion on the hunger thing is: if you’re hungry…eat. Really. Something filling.

    Feel better!

This isn’t good. Sorry you’re not feeling well. Why are you so hungry? Are you on some New Year diet regime? Take care of yourself.

    Perhaps, you are fluish.

Feed your cold, starve a fever.

Or is it the other way around.

Miso soup cures all ills. You are feverish! Go take a nap. Then have some soup! Back away from the computer!

Hey Jon - sorry to hear you aren’t feeling well. Thanks for dropping a note at my blog. Several people mentioned to me just today about having to go the doctor within the last week or so. Get better bro.

Who says chocolate soup isn’t good for a cold. Anyway, it’s just a brain tumour probably.

I can tell you from experience that the body needs rest along with all the training. Take a break. I know it’s hard, but sometimes it’s needed.
